Finally, an exciting children’s clothing craze that’s been designed for boys too!! All hail the reverse sequin trend that’s sweeping stores and causing us mums to wonder how the heck we’re supposed to wash them! Anyway, logistics aside – my son is obsessed.
(current season, but not available online at time of publishing)
This edit is chosen with a typical ‘boys’ wardrobe in mind, where clothes are purchased mostly from the high street, and therefore naturally in the usual dulcet tones of red, navy and grey – but then at least they go with the other items hey?! So having bought a massive summer haul of sparkly t-shirts, here are my pick of what’s in store right now.
Louis doesn’t want to wear your typical ‘girls’ play clothes, he wants to fit in with the boys, but he’s always been drawn to the much more exciting range of embellishment and bright colours that the high street tend to bias for girls. So if like me you’re a mum looking for clothes that are a bit more exciting than your son’s average blue, grey and red wardrobe, then for me, these tick that box, just perhaps stock up on the hand wash, I’m too scared to try sticking them in the wash at 40 degrees!
